Refund policy
We have a 14 - day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.
We are happy to offer you a refund for products, providing you are returning it in a fully resaleable condition i.e. unopened and unused, and the return is made within 14 days. You are responsible for the return costs. We recommend you use a tracked service.
We are unable to accept returns and refund you for used products!
To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s). We will always do our best to ensure that your product arrives correctly and in perfect condition. Sometimes, however, mistakes do happen and we want to be able to resolve them for you as quickly as possible. In this case please contact us here. We will get back to you within 24 hours and ask you to send us photographic evidence of the damaged item and arrange a replacement for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund back to your account. This is beyond our control. If you prefer your refund to be issued as a gift card, please let us know at the time of sending your return and we will be happy to accommodate this.
